Instructive and fun, Mequon Nature Preserve’s staff members and volunteers will work with students of all ages to further their understanding of and appreciation for the natural world!

Contact Marianne O’Connor at or 262.242.8055 ext.104 regarding available dates before registering for a field trip .

Field trips are conducted between 10AM and 1PM. Every visit will include a nature hike through prairie, wetland, and woodland habitats.

Most lessons can be modified to suit your students’ abilities, ages, special needs or time constraints. (Many of MNP’s trails are ADA compliant.)

There is no general fee for programs at MNP. Donations toward programming are appreciated, but never expected.

Scholarships may be available to defray transportation costs for schools within the Milwaukee Public School system’s boundaries.
