Trails are open from sunup to sundown every day of the year. The PieperPower Education Center is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm (May-September) and 10:00am-2:00pm (October-April).

We work to instill environmental empathy and action into the consciousness of surrounding communities.
We acknowledge that Mequon Nature Preserve lies on traditional Menominee, Potawatomi, and Ho-Chunk homeland at the division of two watershed systems near the southwest shores of Lake Michigan, part of North America’s largest system of freshwater lakes. On this site, the people of Wisconsin’s Menominee, Ojibwe, Ho-Chunk, Oneida, and Mohican sovereign nations remain present to this day.
